That's an interesting development. The analysis of it is also fascinating. He may just be able to turn the Republicans' organized obstructionist tactics against them.
After all, who can like a party with is devoted to blocking every program of an elected president no matter what. Unless, of course, it's tax cuts for the wealthy. Or cutting programs for the poor. Those they will go for.
I kid you not - that's the Republican agenda. Block Obama, cut taxes for the wealthy, cut programs for the poor, disadvantaged, aged, and ill. And drive a stake through the middle class's heart.
I forgot a couple of things. Keep a powerful military to protect the interests of multi-national corporations and subsidize farmers so they can undercut competition in poor nations, driving their farmers out of business.
What an agenda and what a party!
