I don't think the guys with the masks and guns get to decide what's "earned" or not.
And in case you've missed the point the last fifty times I've made it, the rich are already taxed more heavily. Much more heavily. By percentages, amounts, or any other calculation. Just because your personal upper limit is "infinity" doesn't change that fact.
