The group imported people from Saudi Arabia with Saudi Arabian passports because they would get the least scrutiny in our country, and bin Laden knew people there. You're jammed on that concept for some reason. It's like saying Austria was at fault for the Holocaust because Hitler was born there.

Radical Islamists came to our country, blew up buildings, and killed thousands of civilians in our major cities. None of them seemed to lose much sleep worrying about our ability to retaliate on their homelands.

Iran will not "rationally" attack Israel. An Iran that is not rational might. Remember Gulf War I when Saddam was launching Scuds into Israel? Did he worry about nuclear retaliation?
