Unfortunately there are no psych evaluation tests for the military that a cracker jack hell bent for election person couldn't put a * I'll tell you anything you want to hear * spin on it. Bales should never have been allowed a fourth tour of duty.
He apparently has blood lust paranoia now. However I believe he was probably capable of this atrocity on his first call of duty. He was/ is a tempest in a tea pot..... the Patrick Bateman character from American Psycho scenario.
