Q: Why does Tom's "Photo ID" post not appear on Current Events?
A: The thread was moved to Flame.

Q: Yes, but then why does the recent post summary list its location as "Current Events"?
A: Because there's a gap in my software, on one side of which is the practice of moving a post by recategorizing it; and on the other, a field carried by each post identifying where it was first posted, and which is not updated by my software. I corrected it by hand just now, for aesthetic reasons.

Thanks for bringing another flaw in my software to my attention. It's an opportunity to make it better...and I'm blessed with a surfeit of such opportunities.
