I yell at my computer and it cowers in the corner. You must need yelling lessons.
Now I talk to my kitties and they come love on me. I love talking to my kitties. And the more I say, "No," the more they love on me until I give in and give them their treats. They're so cute. Those treats seem to be coming earlier and earlier. I think my cats have my # and it reads, "SUCKER!"
