First, I don't think there is any "eternally shifting sands". I believe Obama himself has never claimed anything but Hawaii. The "eternally shifting sands" exist only in very strange minds.
Second, these are people who can excuse GWB's going AWOL in time of war. That's not disputed by anyone with an interest in facts.
A mind which can attempt to fixate on Obama's birth and also excuse the CinC having been a privileged AWOL pilot is not a mind one needs to take seriously. Flawed, it is a frightening thing but not a rational instrument.
"Garbage in, garbage out" is an old saying. However, if there is a flawed processor it could be "Reality in, garbage out".
