The primary recovery ship is a 185-foot commercial vessel operated by American Marine Corp.
Recovery vessels are based out of Los Angeles.
NASA has at least one P-3 plane in the area observing on its behalf, which has been the source of a lot of the video. I don't know if they have any ships.
To the best of my knowledge, there are no Navy vessels, unless they're just watching a space reentry.
