I was raised to value people. To assist the less able, the less fortunate.

However, I did have to learn to be happy with what I have, not try to have everything. That the least person is worth more than all the "stuff". And that killing, maiming and destroying in the interests of multi-national corporations is as low as a person or society can go. Doesn't get any worse than that.

And that's the Conservative agenda. Grew out of that, thank God.
