Here's the myth - Democrats want illegal immigrants because they tend to vote Democratic. The reality is that non-citizens can't vote. Which leaves what?

That Republicans like illegal immigrants, encourage illegal immigrants and hire illegal immigrants. It works to their advantage, as the immigrants take the jobs Americans don't want, such as carpenters, clerks, assembly workers, plumbers, truck drivers, baseball players, the real scut stuff upon which we all depend. And don't join Unions. God bless 'em and their employers.
