I understand he accident occured at night, it might be interesting to duplicate the events using the tankers nav lights as seen from Porters bridge. Porter would probably only have her navigation lights on, but Otowasan would have been lit up like a Christmas tree with floodlights illuminating her decks for crew safety. Unless she had been ordered by Porter to go dark to avoid enemy action. I still think the Iranians are behind this, somehow.
