On further thought, it wasn't really fair for me to lean into alcaray on this.

Mostly it was the timing. He presented two news stories at a time when I was particularly irked at the steady stream of Hutchinson/Nation/TPM/Alternet/etc. around here and I just knew he'd been fed these news stories on one of these sites. Took thirty seconds to find out where. One right after the other.

I don't think alcaray needed to do anything differently than what he did on his presentation of the stories.

Hell, I hardly ever flag the routes by which I find stuff, and probably for the same reason alcaray didn't: you don't want to poison the water when people pay more attention to the messenger than the message. Looks like I was a bit guilty of that this time.
