We have bet small amounts in the past, with the winnings, or losings, going to the Habitablezone. As I recall I "lost" those in the sense that I had to pay, my candidate or cause did NOT prevail.

I'm suggesting a repeat, with some amount, in $100 increments. I'll bet that Romney does NOT "win", is NOT elected. My only bailouts would be if someone killed or incapacitated Obama shortly before the election or if some excuse is found for the Supreme Court to decide.

If Romney is elected in an untainted election, I will donate $500 or $1000, whatever we decide, to the HZ. If Obama is re-elected, you would do the same. That was a definitive statement you made, this should be a no-brainer for you.
