Well you can always build one for yourself.
As a conservative I enjoy littering, on the road, the beach and the trail. It'll disintegrate and what doesn't will be picked up by someone else. Oh and I love wasting water. I'll leave the hose on all day. I mean what the heck, it comes out of the ground and I own it. Leftovers? Never.
