Well, that's one answer I suppose.
It seemed you had a personal rant, then it became a rant re HZ, and I pointed out that I'm in the position you describe, too.
How did you put it, you work hard to take each post and poster seriously, and they don't do the same for you?
This is neither a serious nor a relevant reply to a post which was a reasonable reply to yours. Remember the comment about our training people do respond to us the way they do?
As for me, no matter how hard I work, no matter if I give 110%, type my fingers to the bone, it's not appreciated. I'm ignored, slighted, shunned, and otherwise maligned simply because I express my opinion. People just don't take me seriously. Despite all I do for them.
