I was just going through the motions when I asked you to draw a line at "sensible." You brought up the term "sensible," remember? Quantify it if you can. Tell me why the level of regulations in 1970 was not "sensible." Or 1980.

Keep in mind the actual number of accumulated pages would require adding the number created each year to the number of the year before that.
So if the graph were flat at the 10,000 line, the cumulative count would be about three quarters of a million pages.
