An obscure interview afterwards won't dislodge this image of Romney about to slip in the shiv, disregarding the President's two ironic warnings about the approaching cliff's edge--"please proceed, Governor". Twice. Wiley Coyote couldn't have done a more hilarious job skidding right over the edge.
