If it wasn't for my wife, I would gladly live on a 20' Flicka.
By the way, thousands of shotgun shacks just like this were built by the cigar factories in Tampa to house their immigrant labor around the turn of the 20th century. Many are still standing, and occupied, even though they were often poorly maintained.
