Clearly there is no evidence for October 22, 4004 B.C. Those who want to insist upon that cannot justify it biblically. Neither can any other particular year. So Bible apologists have had to come up with a range within which all the begats can fall.
That can be held to ridicule, too, but they claim it's in the Bible and therefore must be true.
