Actually, that's perfect for me. My house is built on a concrete slab so all they'd have to do is bolt it down. Then I'd get the plumbing installed at my convenience. And voila! 2nd bathroom and storm shelter. Then if anyone asked me where I was when the tornado hit, I can truthfully, "I was on the pot." Now, whether they might think I'd been smokin' sheet or something else is not my responsibility. :-)
I could invite the neighbors over for a pot party if they needed shelter during a tornado warning. Of course, I don't know how many I could fit into a 4X4. Maybe I should opt for a 4X6.
Truthfully, I'm eying a spot in my living room between the front door and my desk where the computer is. Where my desk is used to be a 3rd bedroom (a small one). Former owners removed the wall and made an elongated living room.
