We would still be seeing headlines about wars, Guanatamo, renditions, warrantless wiretapping, and every other damn thing that was "spitting on the Constitution" a few years ago and (outside of a tiny leftist cadre still protesting these things off in some dark corner) apparently don't mean a thing when a Democrat does them.
