I don't even know where to start on this list.
Much of it is sheer gas, like issuing presidential instructions for law enforcement and others to do things they routinely do anyway.
"I hereby instruct firemen to put out fires. Look, I'm the anti-arson president!"
The database instructions are about tracking everybody, not just the mentally ill.
Step back and look at this from a distance. Remember the statistics on crimes, guns used, and gun access by criminals. These new proposals are not about criminals. Gun control never has been.
