One of the most impressive pictures I've ever seen.

It's one of those things so massive that there would be no need to assure the employees, regulatory agencies, insurance companies or public that it couldn't happen.

I wonder what smaller portents there were, what the underlayment is, if it all went or if a large chunk started at the top and simply carried away what was lower.
