If Kenyan birth was good for his book, and now it has been demonstrated it was no threat to his nomination, then what's the point of going to the trouble (and risk) of hiding it? And why was it so important to point out that he was Kenyan. I don't think his nationality was the issue.
After all, no one really knows for sure where he was born. We don't remember, and we had nothing to do with it anyway. We can take neither credit nor blame for it.
