I think saying she drowned in the pool was way stupid. They could have come up with better than that. The drowning leaves no excuse for not calling paramedics, cops to my way of thinking.
I disagree with you. They could hang her on the circumstantial evidence if there's enough of it. The motive is she wanted to party. And they have pictures of her partying while her daughter is missing, before it was reported. That is very damning.
I fault authorities for not being about to come up with a definite cause of death. That is the prosecution's real weak spot.
