But there is very good economic news coming out pretty frequently now. I'm not ready to declare a great buying opportunity yet. But I'm watching very closely.

I'm certainly confident enough to offer a gentleman's wager (that no one would take me up on). That within two years, the market's going to far surpass where it is now.
