I just can't remember very well that program during BushII that we debated. It had something to do with phone records as well. People in the news are speaking as if this is completely different. I'm just trying to tease out if it's different or not, and how. I assume it is different.
Regardless, if a thing is overreach then it is so for whichever administration does it.
