As evidenced by the Japanese Americans in WWII, our Constitutional rights exist only by permission of the Federal government.
If they decide to take your guns, they will take your guns and/or your life. Either way they will silence you.
And if they decide to do it, they will have persuaded the majority it is in the interest of security.
100 million gun owners will only have to see 10 or 12 Predator missles take out the homes and families of known gun owners who took a stand to rethink their position.
You may think you both have a right to gun ownership and it is protection against the government. Both those are true until the Feds decide it isn't.
Ask the Japanese Americans.
