It does not speak exclusively about timing with real-world events. It discusses that in one part. I think it would be a poor study if it not address it. Did you read through it at all?
I wonder if you guys didn't make use of bad economic news the last few years? And no doubt the conservative operatives who wrote up anti-Obama guidelines had a similar approach. Don't you think?
