That's no excuse, but it is a good reason for control.
The NRA touts education and yet here's a situation were a professional shot someone "accidentally". Now, can they say the gun shot the person, or the person shot the person? Of course, it was the person.
However, making the right-wing look ridiculous because they are ridiculous isn't a deterence at all. I'm convinced they thrive on being hypocrites.
