Try SketchUp, the free version should get you started, if you need help with dynamic components, I've got the pro version.

Be sure to check their model warehouse, there's always a chance someone has modeled that part already.

Go ahead and upload a sketch with dims here. If I've some free time, I might could draw it up for you.
