I don't know for a fact, and there's no reason any one of those stories might not be true. But there are too many and they are all too evil to be believed collectively.
My guess its propaganda, and very bad propaganda at that. Even if I were totally ignorant about any of these issues, the tone and rhythm of the piece, as well as the alleged source, argues compellingly for bullshit. Very crude bullshit.
