I'm convinced you are completely correct.
Both candidates need support from the same large contributors to get elected. There is very little difference between them, but those differences are profound.
One of the matters I find puzzling is that social programs such as free lunches or subsidized housing profits large corporate interests as much as the poor population. The farmers make money from the lunches, construction, banking and developers from the housing. I wonder why the Conservative opposition.
