What war in Libya?
Apparently the War Powers Act does not apply because what America is doing in Libya is not "hostilities."
Again, apply that useful liberal yardstick: "Would I buy this if Bush was pulling it?"
If having American troops in harm's way is the definition of "hostilities," does this mean we can casually nuke someone with ICBMs?
