"Patriot Games"
Everyone in my family was raving over this guy, so I bought "Patriot Games". The dialogue was so trite, the plot so corny it seemed to have been written for 11 year olds. I was never able to start another of his books.
I suspect it was his first book, and only published after he had had some real successes.
My loss, I think.
