You apparently simply like the idea of "Christian delusions" to feed the heat on the Flame board.

Very basic to any bargaining stance is having, or pretending to have, the upper hand (i.e., leverage). ...And all of this will only blow over after the bargain is made, either way, or simply falls apart.
