'Bout fell out of my chair when Patrick Stewart appeared dressed as a Roman officer...and with a thick mop of hair. Had to be a wig--Stewart went bald at 18.

Claudius was played by Derek Jacobi, who later starred in "Cadfael", which I'm currently watching. He plays a medieval monk-detective, and it's really entertaining and engaging. Same breath of fresh air, I think. Highly recommended.

(These were both "free" via an Amazon Prime membership, if you happen to have one.)

Speaking of Amazon, just now finished watching the pilot of "Dirk Gently". Quite a treat for Douglas Adams fans. Another couple of thumbs up.
