Or check out the insurance company websites? If Donna had gone to the web page mentioned in her letter, it would have gotten her here.

There's even a little cartoon movie to explain things. What's that big banner in the cartoon say?

Donna is either a bit thick, or a shill. No doubt TPM (do you even have another bookmark on your browser?) will find others like her. I'm glad she got her subsidies and her daughter on Medicaid. She's all set. It's the chumps paying her bills that will get taken to the cleaners.
