Can you list ALL the slots on the motherboard?

The model number of the board would be useful, too. The "switch" card is a terminator card, forcing the other slot to go to 16 lanes. I'm not completely clear on what that entails. Most boards in recent years have a dedicated video slot, not one of the PCI slots.
