It's the misuse of tense, or the pretension of things like "Where are you located at?" "Where are you?" is sufficient.

"I seen" for "I saw", "He comes" for "He came", and that sort of thing indicates a very poor education and the public might be better off if those folks weren't carrying guns and have any authority over mammals.

As far as prepositions are concerned, folks are free to be as illiterate as they choose.
