Wasn't 'blow' a 80's thing?
Ever noticed how much landlords blow? They don't really do anything to earn their money. They just claim ownership of buildings and charge people who actually work for a living the majority of our incomes for the privilege of staying in boxes that these owners often didn't build and rarely if ever improve.
This guy doesn't have a clue. So much generalization in the entire article it looks foolish.
The government decided to sell Indians on reservations plots of land and houses that were owned by the government if they wanted them. It turns out that the property that was bought by individuals was cared for, upgraded and looks like it is flourishing compared to the property individuals wanted the government to own and give them a place to live.
I guess if you want the government to take care of you, go for it, but it still won't be pretty compared to the people who want to advance in life and enjoy more of it.
