Obviously, you're confused. Republicans are the ones who accuse anyone who dissents from their viewpoint as unpatriotic.
As for Hillary, we can add the inability to read and comprehend to your other failings. She did not accuse anyone of being unpatriotic. She posed a simple question as to whether Republicans are on the side of Qaddafi or on the side of NATO. One could side with Qaddafi's right to rule without being unpatriotic. However, it would be evidence of stupidity.
