What prevents the directors of a corporation from establishing the corporations values?
In other words, why couldn't the directors set as a standard for the corporation something like "this corporation values human life and a part of our mission is to avoid contributing to the premature termination of said human lives either through contraception, abortion or any other means".
It would seem that would set a corporate value rather than a shareholder value.
