I suspect the managerial/professional class is about to be cut WAY back, they will suffer a culling proportionally similar to that now being experienced by the skilled trades and craftsman/skilled factory worker.
The more profitable businesses will be taken over by large corporations. Those not suitable for corporate control will be undertaken by individual entrepreneurs, who will take all the risks, borrow all the money, and suffer all the casualties and bankruptcies. Just enough of them will succeed to keep the working class scrambling and betting it all on their one chance to make it.
It will kind of be like boxing. Most will get nowhere, a very few will eventually become contenders, but only the promoters will get rich.
