I don't understand.
A mother uses the active ingredient in Visine to poison her kids. Where does it say we need to control Visine?
There are any number of lethal poisons sold over-the-counter. Bug poisons, rat poisons, lye, bleach, antifreeze, all manner of things, and no one is proposing they be more regulated than currently. Except maybe making ethelyne glycol bitter to the taste.
Why would someone call for controlling Visine?
