...it seems to almost work, but it'll need to keep up with Cisco, Courier, and Silicon Valley in general. It's been touted that the main problem with hooking up was that the states with problems had not bothered to setup their end of the system. My issue remains that we're talking about hundreds of databases being placed online for random access by the general public. On the face of it, this is a bad thing, but a bad thing which may turn good. Interfacing of this sort is what would be required for national background checks when purchasing a firearm.
