The Americans are killing everyone who doesn't go along with them, too. We expect everyone in the world to have America's best interests at heart, to forsake their way of living, their ways of adapting to their environment and support what is in effect American imperialism.
I haven't seen a reason for taking on ISIS. They are killing Americans, true, but they are killing the Americans who are killing them. On their own turf.
They aren't nice people, I'll admit. Neither are Americans. So why don't we just go home? The world will not come to an end.
