I wonder how frequent those launches will be

Several years ago, I read a piece that suggested these launches could happen only at a relative snail's pace, with perhaps 4 or 5 years between successive flights. I'm still a little horrified at such a prospect, but if the system is dedicated to highly ambitious missions, such a schedule is maybe not so suprising. And of course we'll also have the commercial LEO launches as well.
