No away team, but,

We'll be getting really good pictures in the coming days. Once Dawn goes into orbit the first week of March, the full package of remote sensing will go online.

Given the interesting reflection angle observations, might it be a curved surface?

Hypothesis: It is an ice dome, localized at the crater's center. The second anomaly is a secondary dome along a secondary fracture within the crater. Ice is ductile, and like salt layers on earth, might migrate into upward thrusting domes given the opportunity, such as an impact crater.
