The Conservatives started a war and cut taxes (and call themselves fiscally responsible). How's that for affecting a business cycle?

Read "The Agenda" by Bob Woodward, or any book by Bush's former Treasury Secretary. You'll see how the government can influence business cycles. And how Conservatives have adversely affected business to the detriment of the middle class and the benefit of the top 5%.
